計畫總覽 Program Features 

東海大學國際生畢業留臺就業輔導計畫專為僑外學生未來職涯作準備，包含華語實力養成、職涯探索、產業微學程增能、就業啟航等面向。透過系列課程講座以及參訪活動辦理，協助國際學生熟悉臺灣職場與文化，於在學期間培養產業能力，並在畢業前通過各項技巧訓練課程，順利與企業接軌。

The THuRIVE PLUS+ Program by Tunghai University's Office of International Relations helps international students prepare for careers before graduation. The program focuses on improving Mandarin, career exploration, industry knowledge through micro-courses, and career launching. Through courses, seminars, and company visits, students become familiar with Taiwan’s workplace and culture, develop industry skills, and connect with companies.
