The AGS Scholarships committee has always taken into account the volunteer involvements of its members. Service is the primary determining factor for this scholarship.
Eligibility Criteria:
Student must be an active member
Minimum 30 service hours which may be divided among:
AGS volunteer time
College volunteer time
3 hours AGS meeting attendance
Documentation required:
Copy of service hour sheet
Copy of unofficial college transcript
Letter of recommendation from PCC faculty (other than AGS advisers)
The cumulative Grade Point Average is the primary consideration for the awarding of this scholarship. Service will also be a determining factor for consideration.

This scholarship will reward and give recognition to the student who has shown outstanding volunteer service to the community. It is desirable that a commitment of at least two hours a week to an approved organization throughout the semester.
