หลักกฎหมายที่ใช้กับการคุ้มครองและอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม กฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมมลพิษ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองและการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมแบบยั่งยืน พันธกรณีของไทยที่มีต่อกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อมระหว่างประเทศ กฎหมายควบคุมการใช้ที่ดินและผังเมือง กฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง กรอบกฎหมายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม กรณีศึกษาจากเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก กรอบกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศและระดับภูมิภาคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ หลักการและกลไกทางกฎหมายเพื่อตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ มาตรการกฎหมายไทยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การระงับข้อพิพาทในคดีสิ่งแวดล้อมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ประเด็นร่วมสมัยในกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ

Principles of law for environmental protection and conservation; law on pollution control ; law on sustainable environment protection and conservation; Thailand’s obligation to international environmental law; laws on land use and town and country planning; marine and coastal environment law; other legal frameworks and measures for environmental conservation ; case studies from Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC); international and regional legal frameworks relating to climate change; legal principles and mechanisms in response to climate change ; legal measures relating to climate change in Thai law; dispute resolution in environmental and climate change cases ; contemporary issues in environmental and climate change law

กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมและกำกับดูแลพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคออนไลน์และในบริบทของผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์ กฎหมายแข่งขันทางการค้ากับการปรับใช้ในแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล มาตรการทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและความเป็นส่วนตัว ประเด็นทางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในยุคดิจิทัลและที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ มิติกฎหมายการค้าและการลงทุนระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวกับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลและเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์

บ่อเกิดของกฎหมายแรงงาน แนวคิด ทฤษฎีในการบริหารจัดการแรงงานในระดับสากล ระดับภูมิภาค และระดับภายในประเทศ ตลาดแรงงานเสรี มาตรการทางกฎหมายในการรองรับตลาดแรงงานเสรี ทั้งแรงงานมีฝีมือและแรงงานไร้ฝีมือ การบริหารจัดการสถานประกอบการทั้งในนิคมและนอกนิคมอุตสาหกรรม การพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานไทยและแรงงานต่างชาติให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานในพื้นที่ กฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานและแรงงานสัมพันธ์ตามกฎหมายไทย การระงับข้อพิพาทเกี่ยวกับการจ้างแรงงาน ประเด็นร่วมสมัยในกฎหมายแรงงาน
