Cafeteria

We are navigating some changes with our cafeteria at WK! Below is a timeline to help support you with these changes. 

Our cafeteria will not be available from January 27 to 30.

1. We will be moving to a cash system, with long term intentions to have a Point of Sale system where students can use debit cards. When Point of Sale is in place, cash will still be an option. 

2. We will not be issuing any new meal cards. We will honor existing ones until they run out of money.

3. Families will no longer be able to purchase in increments of $20 or $40 through SchoolCashOnline, effective January 15.

4. Our office staff are having conversations with students, individually, to make them aware of their balance with the cafeteria. A few students are owing a small amount of money. If your child comes home and shares this with you, please make every effort to pay the amount owing. 

5. We can, if needed, provide for optional payment plans if it is difficult for you at this time to pay the outstanding balance.

Our intention is by February 3, we will have transitioned to a system that involves cash or Point of Sale.
