At West Kings District High School we are able to provide a variety of athletic opportunities to students throughout the school year. With the help of many community and teacher volunteers, we facilitate both junior varsity and varsity teams. Please see the information, documents, links below to best educate yourself on the opportunities available this year at WK.
STUDENT ATHLETE FORMS
Student contracts and consent forms are to be completed immediately after a team is selected. Each athlete and their guardian(s) must complete the forms, take a photo of both and upload them to the appropriate team's Google Classroom (GC) page. Athletes will not be permitted to begin practices until both forms have been collected via GC. For team GC codes, please see the document below.
