At West Kings District High School, we are extremely proud and appreciative of our volunteer coaches. Without these individuals, athletics at WK would not be possible. Coaches are encouraged to use the materials below to help them throughout the season.

As a SSNS requirement, all coaches must complete this concussion course before the season starts

Use to budget the expenses of the season and determine athlete fees
Submit to A.D. for approval

School Cash Online Set-Up Form

To be completed by coaches/managers after the team budget has been aproved. Upon completion, please submit to A.D.

Transportation Forms

Online Travel Log

To be completed at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Will be verified by the office to ensure safe travel by all teams.

Out of Region Travel

To be eligible to travel outside of the region for sporting events, this form needs to be completed, submitted to the school office and approved by the Regional Director prior to travel.

Out of Province or Country Travel

To be eligible to travel outside of the province for sporting events, this form needs to be completed, submitted to the school office and approved by the Regional Director prior to travel.

J Form

To be eligible to provide transportation for other students to school events, parents/guardians must complete a "J-Form" and deliver it to the Main Office prior to the event.
