Online Lunch Order FAQs


  1. How do I place an order online?


Orders must be placed by 7:55am the day of the order.


Go to lookup.nutrislice.com, select the items you want on each day, and add them to your cart. You will need to setup an account. The program works best with Google Chrome or Edge.


  1. I made an online order and now my student will be absent that school day.


You need to cancel the order online by 8:00 am so that you receive a refund.


  1. Can my student still pay with cash?


No. All cafeteria purchases must be pre-ordered online.


  1. Can my student purchase a recess snack from the cafeteria?


Yes. Snacks must be pre-ordered online.


  1. How will my student receive their snack / lunch?


Students must go to the cafeteria during their recess or lunch breaks to pick up their order.


  1. Will the cafeteria notify my student if they have an order?


No. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure their student knows to come to pick up their order.


  1. What happens if my student does not pick up their order?


Unclaimed orders may be donated to students who need a lunch.


  1. Where do I find the menu?
