Getting Help at the IWK Mental Health and Addictions

When a child or teen has a mental health or addictions problem, the IWK can help. They will work with your family to provide the best care and treatment possible.
How it works:
Step 1: Family calls the IWK Central Referral 902-464-4110 and press 1 to book an appointment.
Step 2: Staff will collect information and give you a CHOICE appointment
Step 3: You attend your CHOICE appointment with an IWK clinician and get to:
Talk about your child or family's mental health or addictions.
Learn about available services and treatments
Work out together what options best fit your family.
