Reminders for Students & Families
Thank you to all students and families who donated to our food drive last week! We will be donating all for the Every Woman's Centre through SchoolsPlus at the end of the week.
We will be holding our next School Advisory Council (SAC) meeting on Thursday, May 7th at 6:00pm. Any new members are welcomed!
As we move toward the end of the school year, students and families are asked to make note of the following dates in June:
Thursday, June 18th - Gr. 8 Party
Tuesday, June 23rd - Honours Night
Wednesday, June 24th - Activity Awards
Students and families are reminded that students are only permitted to drink water throughout the instructional day in their classes. No other drinks (e.g. sports drinks, juices, energy drinks, coffee/tea shop drinks, etc.) are permitted in classrooms.
Students are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle to school as we have several bottle filling stations located throughout the school for students and staff.
As the spring weather can be unpredicatable, students and families are reminded that students should be dressed and prepared for the weather each day as students are expected to be outside in the morning, at lunch and after school (unless they are inside due to inclement weather). Students can store any additional items they need in their assigned locker in case they require it.

Just a friendly reminder that bussing notifications are shared via the Bus Planner Delays App, and are no longer sent to entire school communities via text/SMS.
