Tickets can be sold from now until February and you earn 50% of sales. Update - I now have 3000 tickets available to students. I will sign them out in the morning, between classes and after school. My name is Angela Conrad. I have 3 students going on the NYC trip and have taken on the volunteer role for the citrus fundraiser. The delivery date for the citrus is in November, which is coming up quickly!
This year, we will have an online order form to help with easy selling though social media, texting and email. There will be paper forms also available if you're interested.

We will be selling Veggie boxes during the month of November in support of your child's band trip. You can either print the attached file or pick up a paper copy of the Fundraising sheet from the band room. The Veggie Boxes include the following: 5lb Carrots, 5 lb potatoes, 3lb apples, 1 medium turnip, 2lb onions, 1 lb sweet potatoes, 3 pears, 1 cabbage, 1 local garlic.
Cost: $30.00 each ( 10 profit per box will go to your child's trip)
Orders Due: Nov 28, 2019. Drop off the orders to the band room.
Pick up of boxes is Dec 3 , 2019 at 4:30-5:30 . Families will need to deliver them.

OUR COOKIE DOUGH IS NOW NUT FREE.
· Your cost is $36.00 per case of 6 – THE SUGGESTED selling price $12.00 per pail.
· Profit is based on $12.00 selling price and is $6.00 per pail provided you pick up at the Bonte Plant in Dieppe NB OR sell 300 pails which will qualify for free delivery. Any order for delivery that is less than 300 pails will have a delivery charge added to your invoice to be confirmed prior to shipping.
· Cases may be mixed but all cases MUST contain 6 pails even if you are picking up.**
· Plant hours for pick up – Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM – closed for lunch 11:30 – 12:30.
· Order lead time: 10 WORKING days for delivery – 5 WORKING days for pick up.
· No orders will be accepted without a requested delivery or pick up date. Please note that we cannot guarantee or request a specific delivery time. The truck will arrive on the requested delivery date unless otherwise notified.
· Pick up allowance - $1.75 per case of 6 pails (deducted from your invoice total).
Once you have a chance to review the information and if you wish to proceed please complete the attached commitment form. Once I have the form back I will make the arrangements to either mail or courier the order sheets to you along with the order summary sheet.
The orders need to be in the school on November 28th so Katie can bring the forms home and I can tally them up.
Delivery is approximately 10 business days from November 29th and they will be delivered to the school.
** Bonte will ship mixed cases providing you take full responsibility for your order as placed, and the total number of tubs ordered will divide evenly by 6. This applies to orders being shipped or picked up at the Bonte plant in Dieppe, N.B.**
