How to Apply

Lockview High School students who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply to the Co-operative Education Program:

• Students must be at least 16 years of age OR be 15 and enrolled in grade 11.

There is an application process to join Co-op and all students who submit a complete application by the course selection deadline will receive an interview. Applications can be submitted to the Co-operative Education Coordinator in the main office room D123 or in classroom D105. Please complete the below-linked documents and include the three (3) in your application:

• Student Application

• Teacher Reference

• Community Reference 

Interviews will be held in late March to mid-April and all students will be notified by early May about their acceptance to the program.
