Hello Families!

Thank you for all your support thus far with rehearsals and preparation for our upcoming production! Hard to believe it is only a month away! Our 1st rehearsal of the new year will be Thursday, January 8th - FULL CAST until 5pm. Please have your child come prepared with snacks, water and a quiet activity for when they are not needed. A break will be provided for the junior choir! :) 

In saying that, please be prepared and patient with us as we navigate the process. There will be added rehearsals and changes to rehearsal dates + times as necessary due to storm days and space availability. We will continue to post the rehearsal schedules as soon as possible on the bulletin board outside the music room and the KCA (Elf Jr. section) website as well as the PTA page. It is VERY important that you and your performer are watching to see if/when and the times they are called to rehearsal. We recognize that there are many students who have multiple commitments however, we are asking that this production be a priority for the rehearsal times in January as it has been a challenge to navigate all schedules (with a cast of 100 students!), and still hold productive rehearsals. 

We are asking that at least one guardian for EVERY performer attend a mandatory meeting on January 8th in the KCA cafeteria, immediately following the full cast rehearsal at 5pm. This will be an  opportunity for the production team to give you important information about rehearsals, tech/show week, volunteering, costumes and things we still need to get done!
