Prerequisite:  Successful Completion of Service Trades 10 


Culinary Trades 11 expands on the scope of culinary skills that students learn in Service Trades 10. Students work in a commercial kitchen setting to develop cooking, baking, food preparation and service skills needed to launch a career in the food service industry. Emphasis is placed on learning about career paths, communication, safety, and professional food preparation and service practices. Students must successfully complete Service Trades 10 before taking Culinary Trades 11.
