Choosing the
right instrument
for your future grade 6 bandie is important!
Here are the options available in grade 6:
Tuba - play euphonium in grade 6
French Horn - play trumpet in grade 6, private lessons helpful
Saxophone - play clarinet in grade 6, once playing in the upper register, see Ms. Ferg to switch to alto or tenor sax
Bass Clarinet - play clarinet in grade 6
Oboe - play clarinet in grade 6 and get private lessons for oboe
