Halifax Regional Arts (HRA) is part of the Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE).
HRA is funded through a tax called supplementary funding which all citizens in the Halifax Regional Municipality pay yearly. This money goes towards funding enhanced Fine Arts programming across HRCE.Â
