Services and Supports Offered: Tim works collaboratively with in-school, community, and agency staff to connect families to appropriate services and support. This includes services beyond education, such as health, justice, and other community services. In addition to this, the Community Outreach Worker seeks to build relationships with students, and provide the school-community with supports that meets them where they are.

Services and Supports Offered: Parent Navigators work collaboratively with schools and outside agency staff to ensure that the student and/or family have timely support, understand the appropriate services available, and the process by which to access them. They can also help facilitate parent’s efforts in advocating for their child as well as helping parents to become their child’s best advocate.
Three Distinct Levels of Service:
Direct: Advocating, supporting, facilitating, identifying and locating services, etc.
Collaborative: Engagement with services at all levels to meet and identify needs, provide service, programming, decision-making, etc.
Collateral: Partnerships to support schools – community initiatives, programming assistance
Kids Health - website from multiple professionals on a variety of physical health and mental health topics. Tons of videos & resources for children, teens, and parents.
Yo Re Mi- relaxation style / mindfulness videos to help with emotional regulation and calming our bodies and minds.
Coping Skills for Kids- website worth searching through (some courses cost money), but lots of free information too. Click on the 3 line menu drop down, choose “resources” and you’ll find themes such as: calming anxiety, managing anger, handling stress… and more.
