Primary, Pre-Primary and New to the Area Registration 2024-2025

Pre-Primary: Children turning 4 years of age on or before Dec. 31, 2023

Primary: Children turning 5 years of age on or before Dec. 31, 2023

New to the area and will be attending in between Pre-Primary and Grade 5.

Please fill out the registration form and provide a copy of the following supporting documents to the school office via email at djcwa@ssrce.ca

Verification of your child's date of birth, copy/photo - acceptable forms are: Birth Certificate, Passport, Immigration Papers, or Adoption Documents
A current copy/photo of the NS Health Card
Proof of residence (e.g. mail with your civic address, such as a water bill, phone bill, etc.)

Please note: The registration file shall not be completed until all documents are received by the school.
