 ***** The first Cross Country Team practice will be Tuesday, Sept.8 afterschool from 3:30-4:45pm. Meet in the gym then be prepared to run outside.

The second practice will be Friday, Sept.11 from 4:00pm-5:15pm at Hemlock Ravine Park in Bedford. On the Bedford Highway take a Right on Kent St. Meet 50metres up the trail from the Heart shaped pond.

The week of Sept.14 there will be a team practice on Tuesday, Sept.15 from 3:30pm-5:00pm at CPA. Thursday, Sept.17 we will have our first Metro Series Meet afterschool at Hemlock Ravine Bedford.
