How to join our IB Programme:
Grade 9 students start the registration process in February of that year. The process for a grade 9 student who wishes to enroll in our IB program has two different pathways depending on junior high school.
Path #1:
Students who attend Ross Road or Sir Robert Borden are to attend the IB information session at their school. They are to then complete the IB registrations with their guidance counsellor on course registration day.
Path #2:
For students NOT from Ross Road or Sir Robert Borden there are a few more steps.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
When submitting out-of-area forms, it is critical to complete the HRCE form at https://www.hrce.ca/registration or drop off completed forms at CHDHS on April 3rd, 2023. Both methods of submitting these forms are equally accepted. It is important to remember that OOA forms are time-sensitive.
On Monday, April 3rd, 2023, I will be at the school by 7:30 am; however unable to collect these forms until 8:00 am.
