Step 1: To give us permission to send your transcript:
Return the gold permission form signed along with a $5 processing fee. You only have to do this once.
Step 2: To direct us where to send the transcript:
Make the request in Naviance
Directions: Login to Naviance ----> Colleges ----> Manage Transcript -----> Add School & Submit Request
Official, paper transcript request:
Step 1: To give us permission to send your transcript & to let us know where to send it:
Return the yellow permission form signed and a $1 processing fee. For paper copies, you need to hand in a form and $1 for each transcript request.
***All forms are available in the counseling office and on Naviance. All forms and fees should be returned to Mrs. Phillippi in the counseling office.
FOR GRADUATED GMHS STUDENTS ONLY:
Go to the GM counseling page and submit your request through School Pay.
There is an online fee.
