Community Service Form

We believe community service is an important component to the Lyceum. Each student is expected to complete 9 hours of community service per grading period for a total of 36 hours for the school year. Community service allows students to explore their interests and develop a passion for helping others. It also helps students hone their time management skills as they learn to balance a rigorous school load and still continue to have time for family, friends, and others. We are especially proud that our students donate over 11,000 hours of community service a year as they maintain some of the highest academic standards in Alachua County.
