Itinerary:
7:45 a.m. – Students/Chaperons check in and board bus
8:00 a.m. – Depart Oak View for Sea World, Orlando
10:00 a.m. – Arrive at Sea World – Spend the day in the park
6:00 p.m. – Meet at the bus, roll call
6:15 p.m. – Depart Sea World
8:15 p.m. – Parent Pick-up at OVMS (PLEASE BE PROMPT!)

Students must have Fundrasied or paid all of their Fairshare.
Fairshare can still be paid and how much is owed is indicated on your child's permission slip.
Students must have a 2.0 for the first semester.
Students can have no more than 10 unexcused absences for the second semester.
Students can not have more than 1 referral and no out of school suspensions.
All students and chaperones must ride the bus to and from the park.
This ensures that everyone has a smooth day as we generally have 150 people go on this trip. There are no exceptions to this and students may not check out in Orlando. Thank you for your understanding.
Cost of Trip: The trip will cost $112.00 for students and $112.00 chaperones.
$112.00 for Students this includes: Admission to Sea World, Meal Certificate (entrée, side or dessert, drink), Snack Certificate, charter bus ride.
$112.00 for Chaperons this includes: Admission to Sea World, Meal Certificate (entrée, side or dessert, drink), Snack Certificate, charter bus ride.
$10.00 for a Band T-shirt: Students will be required to wear a band t-shirt on the trip. Concert/Symphonic Band students may wear their Universal T-shirt from this year, Disney T-shirt from last year or the regular band t-shirt. Beginners may wear the regular band t-shirt. It is $10 for any student that needs a shirt.
