The Help Desk is no longer able to reset your password over the phone due to new protocols (face to face identity confirmation requirement). Your Sitetech or Executive Assistant can reset your password.

What is SSPR ? Self-Service Password Reset or SSPR is our new password reset tool. Students and teachers must enroll with this tool before they can use it. Teachers/staff may already be enrolled due to the required MFA enrollment.
What is MFA? MultiFactor authentication (MFA) adds a layer of protection to the sign-in process. When accessing accounts or apps, users provide additional identity verification, such as scanning a fingerprint or entering a code received by phone. Enroll Enroll with MFA
