I don't know my password and need to recover and reset it.

4. Click Next

5. Choose your recovery method

   • • Phone: If you registered your phone, it will either text or call the phone.

     • Security Questions: You will be prompted to answer 3 questions.   

6. Follow the prompts to reset the password
