I know my password and want to reset it

1. Follow the link below. 

2. If prompted, enter your full email address at the Sign in prompt.

3. At the Change password prompt, enter your current password in the first field.

4. Enter your new password in the second field.

5. Enter the new password again in the third field.

6. Click the Submit button.
