At Meadowbrook Elementary, keeping our children safe is the MOST important aspect of our day. A huge part of keeping our kids safe is making sure they go home the right way.

We MUST have dismissal plans of all students in writing. If your child is going to leave school in a different manner than documented, please send a signed and dated note explaining the changes. This note should be sent to school in your child’s folder or faxed.

If I do not receive a note, your child will go home in his/her pre-determined method. This is a safety precaution, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please remind your child that it is his/her responsibility to give me any notes he/she brings to school.
