First of all, the word specialist is a little misleading.  We are not the experts on your learners.  We facilitate discussions and trials, kinda like a detective, to determine what technology tools benefit the learner.  Ultimately, it is a team decision, with the student/learner a very critical member of the team, even as a PreK learner.
