Apart from that, the problem with young people today is the difficulty of controlling themselves on social media. My advice is that if social media interferes with your daily activities and is not used for important things such as school or work, it is better to just uninstall the social media. However, if it is very related and it is not possible to delete it, then set a timer app for the application so that at a certain time it can be closed automatically (can be games, social media, YouTube, etc.)
Prioritize important tasks first, this way the things that have to be done will be more organized and more efficient, making a daily to-do list can also help in carrying out these tasks
