i personally enjoy drawing on "not paper" (i.e receipts from work) and i appreciate the challange that comes from using only a pen to draw.

i wanted to use Crimson as a model for drawing cartoon expressions, and drawing him in pen added to how much more considerate i had to be with each sketch/line i made.

this is a character i created, he belongs to a larger collection of characters and stories that i came up with. he also has 6 fingers, isn't that something? (it was definately a learning experience trying to accomidate for an extra finger)
