Communication

The school uses a variety of modes to foster communication between teachers and parents. Some of these are listed below. These modes allow the school to provide information, and they also provide means for parents and families to communicate to school staff.

• Student agendas, newsletters, and take-home folders: The school uses these means to share important information with parents on a daily/weekly basis.

  • Official newsletters from the school are housed at this link.

• Electronic and phone communication: Email, phone calls, texts, etc. are frequently used by teachers and parents.

• Website: School news and announcements as well as information about programs, events, instruction, and more are housed on the school website at greer.glynn.k12.ga.us.

• One Call Now: The One Call Now system reaches phone numbers and emails housed in Infinite Campus, our student information database. It is important that parents and guardians keep contact information updated with the school and also unblock this type of mass call, text, or email.

• Infinite Campus Parent Portal: The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is available to check attendance, grades, and other information.
