School leadership is crucial in shaping education outcomes and ensuring learning equity. By providing school leaders with the tools and resources, we can foster environments that support student learning, well-being, and engagement. However, if we do not actively focus on gender equity, our efforts may inadvertently perpetuate biases or overlook critical needs. 

This rubric can be used to assess how well school leadership materials incorporate gender equity principles. It can identify gaps, highlight strengths, and provide a path to more gender-equitable models.
