Description: This workshop will focus on igniting your students passion to be strong writers. I will share my experience as an author of the "The Power 5" children's book series. Some items I will highlight are "sizzling starts", "juicy words", "tightening tension" and "dynamic dialogue".

PYP Exhibition

Description: Taking educators through the PYP Exhibition process. It would include the planning process with students from the start to the exhibition day i.e. how to work with students. It would include having colleagues as mentors and how to guide parents through the process as well.

Target Audience: Teachers who will be involved in carrying out the PYP Exhibition in their schools, especially for those who have not done one before.

Innovate Your Robotics and Steam Program

Presenter: Ms Yap Kwee Lin (Actura)

Description: Learn the fundamentals of robotics with FlipRobot. The workshop introduces the interaction between robotic hardware, sensors, and coding through the application of engaging classroom activities.

Introduction of Actura and Fliprobot

Gain overall understanding of robotics learning

Learn FlipRobot hardware, sensors, and software functions

Understand how to teach wheel-based robotics in a classroom
