This week, we will be describing 'Our Special Place' using all our 5 senses.

Week 3: Holiday Recounts

This week, we will write a holiday recount to share what we did during our break. We’ll think about the main events, the order they happened in, and how we can make our writing interesting for the reader.

We will plan, draft, and publish our recounts, and work on adding details so our reader can really picture our holiday. We’ll also make sure our writing is neat, clear, and ready to share on our blog in a cybersmart and safe way.

Week 2: Class Treaty & All about me

This week, we will create an All About Me piece of writing to help our teacher and our class get to know us better. We’ll share things about ourselves, our whānau, and what we enjoy.

Because lots of people can read our blog, we will make sure we share our information in a cybersmart and safe way.
