Parents may initially appeal a decision for the denial of identification or removal from the program in writing to the Superintendent or designee within twenty days of notification.
Further appeals may be made to the Superintendent or designee and subsequently to the Board of Education in a timely manner.
Notification will be finalized within twenty working days to afford a timely hearing before the Board of Education.
