To the GRHS Athletic Community,
For the upcoming Winter 2023 Athletic season, Glen Ridge High School is utilizing an online activity registration platform. In this new system you will be able to upload your physical and complete all necessary paperwork for the upcoming season. Please follow the linked video if you have any questions regarding the registration process. It is important that you utilize your student’s Other ID number when registering. This can be found on Skyward. In Skyward go to Family Access then Student Info and look for Other ID. The ID number is a 5 digit number. Please reach out to me at rhill@glenridge.org or Ms. Hand at phand@glenridge.org if you have any athletic registration questions.
All athletic paperwork is to be completed and submitted two weeks prior to the start date for the specific sport being played. The official start dates are:
Ice Hockey/ Swimming- November 20th
Boys Basketball/ Girls Basketball/ Winter Track/ Wrestling/ Bowling/ Winter Cheer- November 27th

In addition, the 2023-2024 Activity Fee must be paid in order for a student-athlete to begin practicing. The fee can be paid via check written to Glen Ridge High School and placed in the black lockbox outside of the main entrance to GRHS or via MySchoolBucks through the link below. The link is also posted onto the registration website.

Physicals MUST be submitted on this document. All 4 pages are required Alternative doctor physical forms are NOT accepted.
It is highly recommended to make a copy of the completed physical form for your records.
A health questionnaire form (see below) is also due when the physical evaluation has been completed more than 90 days prior to the first day of the current season's practice.
