Equipment needed: A low roof top and a ball. Use a large enough ball so it won't get caught in the gutter.
Catch the ball on a bounce using both hands
Catch the ball on a bounce using one hand (then try your non-dominant hand)
Catch the ball before it hits the ground.
Step back farther away from the roof and try catching the ball before it hits the ground.
Catch at different levels. High level catch, Med level catch, Low level catch.
Toss then spin and catch before ball hits the ground.
Face backwards, toss then turn and catch before the ball hits the ground.
Toss then complete as many line jumps before catching the ball.
Toss the ball on one side and move to the other side and catch the ball before it hits the ground.
Face backwards near the roof and try catching the ball before it hits the ground.
Complete as many as you can.

WARM-UP: 300 Challenge
Try to complete all 300 repetitions in the following routine:
25 - Arm Circles Forward
25 - Arm Circles Backward
50 - Jumping Jacks
50 - Scissor Jumps
50 - High-Knee Marches in-place
50 - Mountain Climbers
50 - Finger Push-Ups (Move your fingers up and down)
GAME: Raft Rescue
Equipment:
Towel or small blanket
Stuffed animal
How to play:
Raft Rescue is a fun physical, mental, and teamwork challenge. Move through the three different challenges shown in the video.
Flip your raft over
Rescue your "friend"
Survive on your shrinking raft
***REMEMBER*** - If you touch the floor at all, you have to complete 3 jumping jacks to rescue yourself.
