Summer learning options for students in Grades 6, 7, and 8 contain a variety of recommendations. The specific subject area drop downs contain many great resources to help students return to school with new knowledge and skills. Students can choose from online or offline learning opportunities. These summer learning options have something for everyone.

Independent Reading

We would like children to celebrate reading and enjoy this wonderful pastime. Stay engaged this summer with the great new titles we have available through our Glastonbury Public Schools libraries!

Math Problem for All Ages!

Pickleball Tournament

Kenny, Abby, and Ned got together for a round-robin pickleball tournament, where, as usual, the winner stays on after each game to play the person who sat out that game. At the end of their pickleball afternoon, Abby is exhausted, having played the last seven straight games. Kenny, who is less winded, tallies up the games played:
