Spring Pictures

The PTSO is excited to announce that Grynn and Barrett Photography (G&B) will be holding Spring Picture Days this year for all students. This is a wonderful opportunity to get some updated photos of your children while supporting the PTSO. Sibling and individual photos are encouraged for this event! Even if your children are in different schools, they can all be photographed together.

All photos will be processed after the last picture day on April 1, 2026.

Processing time takes 4-5 weeks.

Paper order forms will come home with students in Pre-K through 6th grade.

*Reminder: These photos will not be included in any yearbooks.

Q. How do I order sibling photos?

A. When ordering online or with the paper form, write "Sibling" for first name and last name as normal.

Q. I am ordering sibling photos but my children are at different schools.  Which school code should be used?

A. We suggest using the school code for the youngest sibling in the family.  This will ensure the packages come home rather than being left in a locker.

Q. I ordered photos online before our photo appointment.  Do I need to bring a paper form to the appointment also?

A. No, if you ordered online, you do not need to bring a paper form.

Q. Oh no! I received my picture package and realized I didn’t order an extra photo for grandma.  Can I order more?

A. Yes, all families have the option to order photos after receiving the photo packet.  You will receive a "Click and Safe Card" with a personal passcode to order online.  This process is the same as with fall photos.

Q. Will the photographers allow me to see my child’s picture?  Will there be retakes for spring pictures?

A. G&B strongly encourages families to look at the photo for final approval during your scheduled time. The photographers can show you the picture on the screen immediately after the picture is snapped.   There will no be retake days since you can retake the picture on the spot during your scheduled time. 

Q. When does online ordering close?

A. The prepay system will remain open until the last picture day on 4/1/2026.  This will allow families to see the photo when it is taken and still have the opportunity to order until midnight of the last day.
