Behavioral expectations all players are expected to follow the school rules in the student-athlete handbook found in the upper corner tab. Each player on the team represents the our school community. We as coaches support any administrative or teaching decisions that are made in the school. Behavioral discipline and academic discipline are keys to your success as a student athlete. Failure to abide by clear classroom or school expectations could result in suspension or dismissal from the team. Hold Yourself to A HIGHER STANDARD!.

Communication…be a self advocate…do not have your parents call the athletic office for any reason. All questions and or concerns can be answered by a fellow teammate, captain or member of the coaching staff. You must communicate with your parents. It is your responsibility to be on time for practice sessions not your parents. Know your schedule and communicate!

Missing bus transportation...need to get permission from athletic department.

The bench area should always emulate greatness. Organization and attention to detail at all times. Greatness and success depend on the little things. An organized bench area resembles a team that is striving to be the best it can be. Know your game day and practice jobs!
Fans and support from our parents. A strong supportive fan base has always been an integral part of our team and program. We ask you to come support us! Cheer for our team not against the other team. Display the same sportsmanship, respect, and pride that we ask of our players.
Expectations are always high. This is one of the most respected programs in the state because of the way we act, prepare, and ultimately they way we honor the game. We expect you to honor all players that have put on the Glastonbury uniform by committing ourselves to working hard everyday in an effort to improve as a player, teammate and above all to be a man of great character. It comes down to…one inch, one second at a time each day. Maintain your concentration and focus on the little things on a daily basis. Don’t whine; don’t complain and don’t make excuses. Strive to be a better player and person both on and off the soccer field.
Bring back the tradition.
