MONDAY -  MUSIC with Mrs. Norman!

Oh boy,  watch out! Students will discover their singing voices this year! La La La! They'll develop a sense of personal space through movement games and song too!

TUESDAY - LIBRARY with Mrs. Celio!

Students will visit the Library Media Center weekly for lessons taught by Mrs. Celio. They will use both books and online resources to learn about authors and the genres of fiction and nonfiction. 

WEDNESDAY - ART with Mrs. Mistretta!

Students will produce works of art that use artistic elements such as line, shape, space, color and texture. This year they will be introduced to color mixing, drawing, landscape, mixed media and printmaking!

THURSDAY - P.E. (GYM) with Mr. LaMay!

Students will be challenged to be the best they can be as they work on a series of manipulative, loco-motor, and non-loco-motor skills, fitness concepts and movement exploration. They are reminded to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing to move safely during their activities.

FRIDAY -  DIGITAL LEARNING & MYSTERY GUEST READER

DIGITAL LEARNING in our classroom will be a blend of technology, instruction and digital content in order to enhance and connect to our curriculum.  

MYSTERY GUEST READER! 

Parents, relatives and other "special people" are invited to surprise our class by being a Mystery Guest Reader; in person, live via Zoom or by sending a pre-recorded video. The role of the Mystery Guest Reader is to remain anonymous until he/she enters the classroom. Our Room Parent will contact you  about signing up via Sign Up Genius. If the dates offered don't work with your schedule, please contact me and we will come up with a time that will work for you! MGR opportunities will be available until the  end of May. Everyone will have a chance to participate.
