All About Mrs. Campbell

I am pleased to welcome you to the 2022-2023 school year! I am so looking forward to having your child as a student. Kindergarten is such a fun year with so many wonderful learning activities to celebrate. In order to have a fun year, my most important goal is to create a family of learners in my classroom. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where your child is a valued, trusted, and an integral part of our family of learners.

Who am I?

I received my Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. I taught Early Primary (Kindergarten/First Grade) in Middletown for one year. Then moved to Columbus and was a Leveled Literacy Instructor at Chapelfield for a year. From there, I have taught Kindergarten for the past 12 years at Chapelfield.

I love to be outside with my boys! We enjoy swimming and boating on the Ohio River during the summer and building snowmen in the winter.

I am sure throughout this year you will hear lots about my family: -

husband Rob - who is a Police officer son Emmett - who is 7 son Wade who is 3 and our very furry cat Cracker Jack.

I enjoy telling stories about them and they make for good characters in my sample writing pieces during writing time. :)
