School Lunch Information

Beginning in August 2022, Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools will no longer be able to offer all meals free to all students. This is due to Congress not extending waivers that previously allowed all meals free to all students.

Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools will be participating in the Universal Free Breakfast Program. This will make breakfast meals free of charge to ALL students!

Both breakfast and lunch will be available to all students. While breakfast will remain free of charge for the 2022-2023 school year, the lunch program will return to the traditional free, reduced and paid meal prices depending on eligibility.

Lunch prices for school year 2022-2023 will be:

Elementary $2.25

Middle School $2.50

High School $2.75

*For students who qualify for Reduced Price Benefits the meal cost is $0.40/meal

Families who feel they need assistance must complete a Free & Reduced Price Meal Application to determine eligibility. The application can be completed online using the following links:

Thanks to generous donations from the Class of 2022, all negative student charges have been cleared. This means all students will start the 2022-2023 school year fresh, with no debt! Please strive to keep your child’s account balance positive.

To check your student’s account balance, monitor purchases or make online payments, please visit www.myschoolbucks.com to create an account.

JMS Students are REQUIRED to have PE Clothes.

PE uniforms are REQUIRED at Jasper Middle School. So, if you do not have one, you must purchase one. The SHIRT is a must. Any black shorts you may already have is fine. We will however have black Jasper Wildcat shorts available for purchase if you choose.

Shirts are $10 each….or $12 for XXL

Shorts are $12 each……or $14 for XXL

Youth and Adult sizes will be available for purchase. Craig Greulich from CG Promotionals will be here during lunch hours on Friday, August 13, Monday, August 16 and Wednesday, August 18 during lunch periods. Students may purchase PE clothes if needed during those times. Please send cash or check with your child on one of these days. Checks are to be made out to CG PROMOTIONALS, LLC.

You will need to write last name of student on the back of the shirt with a permanent marker in the space provided. If you can still wear shirt from last year, you do not need to purchase another one. And again, purchasing shorts is an option, not a requirement.
