Welcome Back to School!
My name is Mrs. Shannon Bauer, and I am the PROUD Principal of Ireland Elementary School. This upcoming school year will be my 4rd year as Principal at Ireland Elementary, and I'm very excited! The legacy of academic excellence at Ireland Elementary is rich and will continue to be something we strive for each and every day. We have worked diligently over the summer break to ensure a safe school environment for your child and the staff at Ireland Elementary School.
My goal as your principal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to experience deeper learning in an authentic classroom environment. The students, faculty, parents, and community of Ireland Elementary are all important ingredients in the recipe of student success. As the old proverb states, “It Takes a Village to Raise a Child.” Thank you in advance for your support and dedication as we enter into the 2022-2023 school year!

School Lunch Information
Beginning in August 2022, Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools will no longer be able to offer all meals free to all students. This is due to Congress not extending waivers that previously allowed all meals free to all students.
Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools will be participating in the Universal Free Breakfast Program. This will make breakfast meals free of charge to ALL students!
Both breakfast and lunch will be available to all students. While breakfast will remain free of charge for the 2022-2023 school year, the lunch program will return to the traditional free, reduced and paid meal prices depending on eligibility.
Lunch prices for school year 2022-2023 will be:
Elementary $2.25
Middle School $2.50
High School $2.75
*For students who qualify for Reduced Price Benefits the meal cost is $0.40/meal
Families who feel they need assistance must complete a Free & Reduced Price Meal Application to determine eligibility. The application can be completed online using the following links:
Thanks to generous donations from the Class of 2022, all negative student charges have been cleared. This means all students will start the 2022-2023 school year fresh, with no debt! Please strive to keep your child’s account balance positive.
