To ensure that every educator in our DLI program is fully equipped to deliver effective, data-driven literacy instruction, all educators are required to complete three essential trainings: Differentiated Literacy Instruction (DLI) Basics, Oral Reading Fluency (ORF), and MAZE. These trainings are designed to provide you with the comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to identify struggling readers, create customized intervention plans, and track student progress effectively.

Training Overview

1. DLI Basics Training
   The DLI Basics training serves as the foundation for understanding differentiated literacy instruction. This training will guide you through the principles of DLI, emphasizing the importance of personalized reading instruction tailored to each student's needs. You will learn how to develop targeted reading intervention plans that address the unique challenges faced by each student.

2. Literacy Outcome Assessment: Oral Reading Fluency (ORF)
   The ORF training focuses specifically on how to administer and interpret the Oral Reading Fluency assessments. You will receive step-by-step guidance on conducting these assessments accurately, ensuring that the data collected reflects each student's reading fluency. This training will also teach you how to analyze ORF results to identify students who need additional support in reading fluency.

3. Literacy Outcome Assessment: Maze
   The MAZE training is dedicated to the MAZE assessment, which measures reading comprehension. This training will equip you with the skills to administer the MAZE assessment effectively and interpret the results. You will learn how to use the data from the MAZE assessment to identify comprehension difficulties and develop intervention plans that address these specific challenges.

1. Go to trustcentral.org
   Open your web browser and navigate to trustcentral.org.

2. Click the Trust Academy Module
   Once logged in, locate and click on the "Trust Academy" module from the main dashboard.

3. Go to Course Catalog
   Within the Trust Academy, select the "Course Catalog" option to browse available trainings.

4. Search Differentiated Literacy Instruction (DLI) Basics
   Use the search bar to find the "Literacy Outcome Assessment: Oral Reading Fluency (ORF)" course. Click on the course title to access the training.

5. Complete the Course
   Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the course at your own pace. Be sure to finish all required sections and assessments.

6. Upload Your Certificate
   After completing the course, download your completion certificate. Upload your certificate to BambooHR
