Assignments
Here’s the actions for each one of you from the 1st session:
Check if you can access your folder in the workspace, as well as the common folders/materials.
Start working on your Painted Picture of where you want to be on the next S-curve. While doing that, paint a picture of your current position too. Use images and phrases to describe your current and To-Be positions.
Pick a book to read and summarize, from the list of books suggested: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uA51hkpRyJxLvJUzQWVJPjZ38u7ffkeiADKYqfCrFLE/edit?usp=sharing
Once you have your painted picture, start visualizing your constraints too….
To-Be position & constraints visualization is an ongoing process and will evolve over the months of the program. Every time you create one, take a printout and date it…document your assumptions as you go…this will help in comparing and contrasting each version of the picture as it evolves.
