Message to Our Tiger Families

Dear Tiger Families,

As your school counselors, we know that this is a time of uncertainty as we work through this unpredictable COVID-19 pandemic. We understand our lives have changed, our normal is no longer normal and this can cause worry, stress and anxiousness among many other feelings. In times like these, we have to remember what is within our control and focus on that - rather than what is out of our control. Remember to continue to try to do your best everyday!

Please know that we are here to support you. While we will be unable to meet face-to-face over these upcoming weeks or months, we will continue checking our emails. We will be updating our google site regularly with new information. Please check our site weekly for updated information.
