Campaign Against Living Miserably

CALM runs a free, confidential and anonymous helpline as well as a web chat service, offering help, advice and information to anyone who is struggling or in crisis. Their service is particuarly targeted at supporting males.

Kooth is your online mental wellbeing community and counselling service.  Access free, safe and anonymous support. Online counselling all year round.

The Mix

The Mix works with young people all over the UK, both those dealing with everyday issues to those in crisis—from bullying, debt, drink and drugs, mental health, sexual health, homelessness, money, relationships. Whatever a young person is facing, the Mix is there to help.
