Hello!
My name is, Karina Brungardt and I am the Social Worker for Quartz Hill Elementary. I have been working in the social work field for 13 years and this will be my 5th year with Gilbert Public Schools. My experience has been working with children, adolescents, and families from behavioral health to rehabilitative programs in Colorado and Arizona.
My goal at Quartz is to provide quality support to our students and families and teach skills to prepare our students for a successful future. Some of the resources I can provide are one-on-one meetings with students, referrals to community programs, referrals for behavioral health needs, and advocating for our students and families.
It is a privilege to have the opportunity to work with the students and families here at Quartz Hill this year. Parents, please feel free to email or call me if you have any questions.
I am available to meet Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. If I am unavailable by phone you can send me an email and we could schedule a meeting or chat through email. I look forward to hearing from you!
