EXPECTATIONS

• Follow directions and listen carefully to the teacher. This includes instructions for activities, safety procedures, and equipment use.

• Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. This means avoiding dangerous behavior, respecting personal space, and being mindful of your surroundings.

• Come to class prepared with appropriate attire and footwear. This usually means comfortable clothing that allows for movement and sneakers that provide good traction.

• Treat equipment with care. Don't misuse or damage equipment, and put it away properly when you're finished using it.

• Communicate with your teacher if you have any concerns or injuries.

• Give your best effort in all activities, even if you find them challenging. This is an opportunity to learn and grow, and everyone has room for improvement.

• Participate actively and engage in the activities. This means trying your best, following the rules, and not giving up easily.
