Another great race in the books! Congrats on pushing aside the nerves and putting on a dominating performance! This is what we have been working so hard for all season! Yes, the course was short...Grant can tell us tomorrow exactly how short, but a win is a win and our time is our time. We will take both and consider it a job well done! I am updating our spreadsheet with the season times and will have it done before the end of the night. Rest, recover and we will see you at practice tomorrow at 6:45 AM. Easy day!

Team-Great job today!! Way to battle the heat and represent our school and our team! We won both races and the time improvements are awesome! In cross country, the lowest score wins. I am so proud of each of you for showing up and working hard. Consistency is key for runners. Hydrate, recover and easy long run tomorrow. Easy day on Monday! :)
